What do y'all think? It was a little before dinner time, but I did not eat anything for lunch. So we put together a plate. Pita bread, goat cheese, olives, onions, tomato, pesto, hummus and artichoke hearts. Using a mandolin I cut the onions really thin. The rest was cut up with a knife.

A nice little veggie snack.

I made two of them as I was quite hungry, but not too much to spoil dinner for later.

All served cold, it was just right.

Got a little messy at the end, probably should have brought over a spoon.
