Tucked away in Nadayu 63, Ground FLAW is a cozy café that’s perfect for a casual bite or a relaxed coffee stop. I dropped by recently and decided to try their Sweet Potato Fries and Beef Gyudon Rice Bowl, and it turned out to be a pretty satisfying combo. Very nice chill and warm vibes all around.
The Beef Gyudon Rice Bowl was solid—tender slices of beef simmered in a savory sauce, served over warm rice. It’s comforting, well-seasoned, and hits that classic gyudon balance of salty, slightly sweet, and umami.
But the real standout for me was the Sweet Potato Fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were already good on their own—but the house-made dipping sauce took them to another level. Creamy, flavorful, and addictive, it paired perfectly with the natural sweetness of the fries.
