After a good 4+ months away from gym, back today in office gym. Feels like when I first started a decade ago after a long time away studying part time and the on-going ankle injury. Have to go at a slow pace to let the body adjust all over again.

I can relate to this a few months back, I used to work out regularly, but after some time, i got so busy, and i stopped. Now I've resumed working out, and all my body hurts so bad.

That’s the beauty of the body, adapting well and laze well too. When it get tough then slowly the body adapts and you realize it’s easier. After a while away, all that goes away as well 😊

Yeah that’s not my strong point so I need to remember I’m not where I left a year ago

I was watching Netflix while I am on the cross trainer, u know how slow I go 😂 went down on the settings too

That’s an idea, I always listen to motivational coaches 😂 I can see the problem now 😉

Try it, yeah don’t go for gym playlist, they hype you up and u whack hard
