Good news: the heating and water has returned to my apartment!💛
In a week the temperature will be above 0. Perhaps a lot of water when everything melts. I love snow, but in the current situation, it's better than frost. However, winter is not over yet, so don't relax.

What's the difference between snow and frost

Frost is when the temperature goes below 0 C, like -10, or -20. There may be frost and no snow
