Quiero compartirles la #receta que preparé el día de hoy para mi almuerzo dominical en familia; cada domingo es costumbre después de ir a la iglesia quedarnos a almorzar en casa de mi mamá, hoy preparé arroz, con carne guisada con papas, unas caraotas dulce y acompañamos con unas tajadas de plátano maduro frito; les muestro la preparación

I want to share with you the #recipe I prepared today for my Sunday lunch with my family. Every Sunday, after going to church, we usually stay for lunch at my mom's house. Today I prepared rice with stewed meat and potatoes, sweet beans, and fried ripe plantain slices on the side. Here's how I made it.

INGREDIENTES

Para 8 porciones:

1 kilo de arroz
609gr de carne
3 papas 🥔
Ajies
Cebolla 🧅
Cilantro
Cebollín
2 plátanos maduros
Aceite c/n
500 gracias de caraotas negras

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDIMIENTO

Para preparar las caraotas, lo primero que hago siempre es ablandarlas con anticipación; luego llevo a hervir con suficiente agua, un poco de sal, agregó el cilantro entero, en rama, luego lavo muy bien los aliños, corto en trozos, sofrío en aceite anotado e incorporo este sofrito a las caraotas, sazono al gusto con comino que para mí es un ingrediente esencial a la hora de cocinar granos y finalmente agrego el azúcar, ya que para mí las caraotas van con azúcar Jajaja.

Para la carne decidí prepararla en olla de presión, así que, lo que hice fue cortar en trozo todos los ingredientes incluida la papa, también la carne, la llevé a la olla, agregué aceite onotado, sazoné al gusto y, llevé a cocinar hasta que estuvo ablandado; finalmente corté el plátano en tajada, freí en aceite caliente y para el arroz; después de lavarlo muy bien agregué la cantidad de agua necesaria, sal al gusto y, llevé a cocinar hasta que secó por completo

PROCEDURE

To prepare the beans, the first thing I always do is soften them in advance; then I bring them to a boil with enough water, a little salt, and add the whole cilantro sprigs. then I wash the seasonings thoroughly, chop them into pieces, sauté them in oil, and add this sautéed mixture to the beans. I season to taste with cumin, which for me is an essential ingredient when cooking beans, and finally I add sugar, since for me beans go with sugar, ha ha ha.

For the meat, I decided to prepare it in a pressure cooker, so what I did was cut all the ingredients into pieces, including the potatoes and the meat, put them in the pot, add oil, season to taste, and cook until tender. Finally, I sliced the plantain, fried it in hot oil, and for the rice, after washing it thoroughly, I added the necessary amount of water, salt to taste, and cooked it until it was completely dry.
