En casa siempre trato de preparar menú lo más balanceado y saludable posible, aquí les comparto el menú familiar que preparé para día de hoy; se trata de un arroz blanco el cual servi con una pechuga sazonada con ajo y salsa de soya y una ensalada de huevo y vegetales; les muestro la preparación

At home, I always try to prepare meals that are as balanced and healthy as possible. Here is the family meal I prepared for today: white rice served with chicken breast seasoned with garlic and soy sauce, and an egg and vegetable salad. Here's how I made it.

INGREDIENTES

para tres porciones utilicé: 300 gr de arroz blanco ,400 gr de pechuga de pollo, 3 dientes de ajo, salsa de soya, caldo de pollo deshidratado, comino, sal, adobo, 2 huevos, medio pepino, 1 tomate

INGREDIENTS

For three servings, I used: 300 g white rice, 400 g chicken breast, 3 cloves of garlic, soy sauce, dehydrated chicken broth, cumin, salt, seasoning, 2 eggs, half a cucumber, 1 tomato.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Después de lavar el arroz, lo llevé a cocinar con la cantidad de agua necesaria; yo utilizo el doble de agua por taza de arroz, agregue sal al gusto, un poco de aceite.

Para la ensalada, lleve a sancochar los huevos, mientras tanto lavé los vegetales, los corté en trozos; cuando el huevo estuvo cocido retiré la cáscara, corte en trozos, añadí a los vegetales y aderezé con un poco de mayonesa.

Para el pollo, pisé unos dientes de ajo en la paila donde se iba a cocinar, sazone con adobo, caldo de pollo deshidratado, sal, comino, salsa de soya, le agregué un poco de aceite y llevé a cocinar volteando por ambos lados hasta que el pollo estuvo dorado

PROCEDURE

After washing the rice, I cooked it with the necessary amount of water; I use twice as much water per cup of rice, add salt to taste, and a little oil.

For the salad, I boiled the eggs, and in the meantime, I washed the vegetables and cut them into pieces. When the eggs were cooked, I removed the shells, cut them into pieces, added them to the vegetables, and dressed them with a little mayonnaise.

For the chicken, I crushed a few cloves of garlic in the pan where it was going to be cooked, seasoned it with adobo, dehydrated chicken broth, salt, cumin, soy sauce, added a little oil, and cooked it, turning it on both sides until the chicken was golden brown.
