🥑 Paso 1: Luego de lavar muy bien el tomate y la cebolla, procedí a picar finamente ambos ingredientes y en trozos no tan pequeños pique el aguacate luego de haberlo retirado de la pepa.

🧅 Paso 2: Teniendo listo los ingredientes (cebolla, tomate y aguacate) los lleve a un recipiente en donde prepararía la ensalada, luego agregué una pequeña cantidad de aceite y vinagre para aderezar la misma.

Removí lentamente para no dañar el aguacate hasta mezclar todos los ingredientes, dejé repasar por unos minutos hasta que todos los sabores se concentrarán, y de esta manera estuviera lista para servir junto al plato principal.

En casa está ensalada muy poco se hace puesto que no es una de mis favoritas, está vez quise hacer algo distinto y en esta oportunidad como tenía todos los ingredientes decidí hacerla, es una ensalada muy sencilla y rápida de hacer el secreto y el toque para disfrutar de esta ensalada sin duda es que todo esté súper fresco.
