Mix Dimsum feat Matcha for Hard-Work Today

As an employee, you'll definitely relate to this post. My division is a small one within a large company, but we have an office that's more like a basecamp than a formal office. But that's what I love about my division: working in this small environment is very relaxing. This calmness is what makes us support each other. Some of my coworkers have side jobs—like this brother, for example, he runs a dim sum business. So when he opened an order, I immediately ordered it as a form of support. Actually, he's not the only one; there are several others who open food orders, and we always support each other. As long as it's something filling, I always repeat the order. So, today I enjoyed dim sum and a glass of Matcha Latte from Fore. Both were the perfect reward for my work today.

Matcha Latte

Choosing between coffee with milk or matcha is now the same as choosing what to eat for lunch. So, since I've been ordering more coffee with milk this week, this time I ordered a matcha latte.

Fore ultimately became my choice because this shop has a reliable barista. The coffee is expensive but very local. So I wanted to try their Matcha flavor. I was sure that there wouldn't be any powder that was still lumpy, like Matcha in shops with lower prices. So this was a very good choice to start my day on this busy day. I really liked this Matcha Latte because it had a strong matcha flavor and was not sweet.

Dimsum

And these are homemade dim sum from my coworker. I ordered 10 dim sum with a mix of variations. So this is what they look like. I really like these dim sum because they are so soft and have the perfect balance of flour and filling. For these 10 dim sum, I paid IDR 60,000.
