Hello Buddies...

This is the last day of Ramadan, and tomorrow is Eid al-Fitr. So, let me share a story about the iftar held by my office. This time, the iftar was held at the Grand Shahid Hotel in Jakarta. I was naturally very excited because—free food. Ha ha ha…
So, that day, I was on a morning schedule, and the iftar started at 4 p.m. After finishing work, my colleagues and I left for the Grand Shahid Hotel at 5 p.m. It was intentional, as we didn't want to wait long for the event. We were aiming for it to be quick when it was time to break the fast.
Upon arriving at the ballroom, my friends and I looked for available seats, which happened to be at the very back. So we waited for about an hour before it was time for break the fast. I didn't really follow the program because as workers in the invisible—but important—division, we don't like attention. So we just kept quiet, nodding, and busy with our phones. I just wanted to eat, ha ha ha

After the Maghrib call to prayer sounded, we began lining up at each food table. I hadn't yet grabbed a main course; I grabbed dessert first. Since the buffet was starting to get crowded, I didn't take many photos. Just a few, as I was too lazy to wander around. I wanted to break my fast. So here's what I captured there:

This Iftaar Gathering is an annual event during Ramadan. I've attended twice, motivated by the food—of course. But I have to say that this year's Iftaar wasn't as good as last year's event in terms of the event itself. But the food served was truly tempting. I loved everything, from the light meals to the hearty meals.

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
