
I continue to recover at home, with the main steps I take being at a fast pace on the treadmill.

In the morning I have breakfast with smoothies or beetroot and celery juice. Today I decided to make improvised balls from the dry ingredients that were left over from the juice. Here's what I did:

To the ground beetroot and celery, I added ground flaxseed, nutritional yeast, black pepper, turmeric and hemp seeds.



I mixed everything and formed balls. I arranged them on a tray covered with baking paper and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.


I baked until they got a nice brown color. They turned out successfully.
