Two wonderful fruits make a delicious juice [Eng/Esp]

I mixed a couple of my favorite fruits, and it turned out to be a really tasty juice.

Mezclé un par de frutas que me encantan y resultó un jugo muy sabroso.

Naturally sweet and delicately flavored: Papaya and soursop come together in a delicious tropical drink, perfect for cooling off and staying hydrated on these sweltering days.

Naturalmente dulces y de sabores delicados: La papaya y la guanábana se fusionaron en una deliciosa bebida tropical, ideal para refrescarnos e hidratarnos estos días de calor intenso.

Ingredients for 2 small glasses:

  • 3 tablespoons of soursop pulp.
  • 3/4 cup of chopped papaya.
  • 1 1/4 cups of water.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Ingredientes para 2 vasos pequeños:

  • 3 cucharadas de pulpa de guanábana.
  • 3/4 tazas de papaya picada.
  • 1 y 1/4 tazas de agua.
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar.

Preparation // Preparación:

First, I blended the soursop thoroughly with the water and strained it to achieve a completely liquid consistency.

Primero, licué muy bien la guanábana con el agua y colé para una textura totalmente líquida.

Then I blended the papaya with the soursop juice I made in the first step. I added sugar and served it.

Luego licué la papaya junto al jugo de guanábana que obtuve en el primer paso. Agregué azúcar y a servir.

I love it when I open the fridge and suddenly some ingredients seem to speak to me. This time, papaya and soursop wanted to go together, and I really liked the result.

Me encanta cuando abro la nevera y de pronto algunos ingredientes parecen hablarme. Esta vez la papaya y la guanábana quisieron ir juntas y el resultado sí que me gustó.

I won’t lie to you, the first thing that caught my eye was the colour of the drink, and my first thought was: this must be delicious.

What’s more, the sweetness is natural, and having it in the morning, with all the vitamins those fruits contain, gives you loads of energy and vitality. I can find those fruits here and make it myself; although I don’t usually eat them, the juice must be amazing. It’s easy and quick to make, and in no time at all I could have the drink ready to serve to guests. Thank you so much for this recipe. Big hug!🤗

No te lo voy a negar, lo primero que me llamó la atención fue el color de la bebida y lo primero que pensé s: debe estar delicioso.

Además lo dulce es natural y tomado por la mañana y con todas las vitaminas que esas frutas tienen aportan mucha energía y vitalidad. Aquí puedo encontrar esas frutas y realizarlo, aunque no suelo comer de ellas, el jugo debe estar espectacular. La preparación es fácil y muy rápida y en un momento podría tener lista la bebida hasta para ofrecerla a invitados. Muchas gracias por esta preparación. Abrazo grande!🤗

Wow! Papaya and sour soup juice is not only yummy but it's so healthy. This two fruits has vitamin C that boost our body's immune system, anti-inflammation and anti-cancer. Aid on digestion has potassium and many more vitamins. I want to add more ice on your juice to so refreshing and hydrating.
