Hello amazing hivers of this wonderful community. I'm @usagigallardo015 and this is my first time writing here. I hope you'll like my freshly cooked dish for today.
Earlier this morning me and my youngest daughter was left in the house. Then my brother in law came and asked for a coffee. I didn't know he was fishing the whole night. He gave us fresh fish, which was an early blessing. I cleaned and planned something to it. We have fishes on the fridge but the taste of a freshly caught is very different. It's sweet and very delicious. I cleaned the fish so I can cooked it right away.

Ingredients

Fresh Tilapia
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium onions
A piece of ginger
2 small green chili
2 tablespoon fish sauce
Seasoning
2 1/2 cups of water
Kamote leaves

Procedure
I washed and slice the ingredients needed. In a caserole I put the water, onion, ginger, tomatoes wait for it to boil then I add the fish, fish sauce, gren chili, tamarind powder and seasonning cover and wait for it boil again. I tasted it so I can adjust the stuff needed but it's already fine. For the final touches I put the leaves and simmer it to be done.

Hope you like my simple, fresh and healthy recipe, eat well and live well. Have a wonderful day everyone. Thanks for dropping by,
Love lots, @usagigallardo015
