Without a doubt, this low point is the best time to increase HP; the problem arises if it stays that way for too long.
If we want earn influence in the chain Decisions this is the moment to do it. Buy and keep buying until we have enough HP to impulse changes.
That's true, it will be a long road, but I know we will evolve a lot. If everyone understands the importance of increasing their HP, the entire community will benefit.

I read through this, very interesting ideas. I particularly liked the idea about voting on witnesses, as this would encourage greater participation from people with their votes.
