Today, let me share a salad that I had as a snack during the afternoon sun.
Let's call today's menu Cucumber Salads.
These cucumbers were purchased from a vegetable vendor on the side of the road in the countryside, about half way between the town and the village.
Since it's not in the town, the cucumbers are cheaper.
First, my wife peeled the cucumbers and washed the cucumbers and tomatoes with water.
The picture only shows one tomato, but in fact there were two tomatoes.
Then, my wife grated the cucumbers into small filaments and cut the tomato into small pieces.
Then, my wife mixed it with crushed peanuts, green chilies, fish paste, curry powder, and oil.
Then, my wife squeezed some lemon juice into the salad and enjoyed the sour, salt and spicy cucumber salad with my family.
This is an easy, inexpensive, and delicious salad.

မြို့ထဲဈေးက မဟုတ်သောကြောင့် သခွါးသီး ဈေးနှုန်း ပိုသက်သာပါတယ်။
ပထမဦးစွာ သခွါးသီးကို အခွံသင်ပြီး သခွါးသီး နှင့် ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး ကို ရေ ဖြင့် ဆေးကြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ပုံထဲမှာ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး တစ်လုံးသာ ပြထားပေမယ့် တကယ်တော့ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး နှစ်လုံး ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ထိုနောက် သခွါးသီးကို အမျှဉ်လေးတွေ ရအောင် ခြစ်ပြီး ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးကို အတုံးလေးတွေ လှီးဖြတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ထိုနောက်တော့ ထုထောင်းထားသော မြေပဲဆံကြော်၊ ငရုတ်သီးစိမ်း၊ ငါးပိ၊ ဟင်းခတ်မှုန့် နှင့် ဆီ တို့ဖြင့် သမအောင် ရောနှောနယ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ပြီးတော့ အသုပ် ထဲကို သံပုရာရည် ညှစ်ထည့်ပြီး ချဉ် ငံ စပ် အရသာရှိသော သခွါးသီးအသုပ် ကို မိသားစုလိုက် အားရပါးရ စားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ဒါကတော့ လွယ်လင့်တကူ လုပ်စားလို့ရသော တန်ဖိုးနည်းပြီး အရသာရှိသော အသုပ်လေးပါ။
မိတ်ဆွေတို့လည်း ကျွန်တော်ကဲ့သို့ သုပ်စားကြည့်ကြပါလား။
I started playing the TerraCore Game about 784 days ago.
My Rank is now in 165 and ⭐ 17 .
As a starter I bought $10 worth of Citizenship for 27.229 HIVE.
Now I invested 176.586 HIVE or 59.146$ into TerraCore Game up to date.
The TerracoreHub game is played but not really playable.
It's a strategy game that adds battle to mining.
If I look at my TerraCoreHub game progression so far;
The SCRAP I received from Mining and Battle Fight was used in 200 for Stash Size and 20 for Favor respectively.
Now my TerraCore Game Stats are Stash Size 84800, Favor 3660, Engineering 42, Damage 714.209, Defense 723.183 and Equipments Horizon Ship, Scanner Droid Avatar, Micro Blaster, Heavy Battle Suit and Torque Wrench.
I used 62780 SCRAP for Engineering, Damage and Defense Upgrading above the stats table.
I used 88565 SCRAP for Stash Size and Favor.
And I used 316 SCRAP and 17.2 HIVE for Equipment.
So, I have used 347288 SCRAP Tokens in playing Game TerraCoreHub.
I will receive SCRAP 882 tokens per day from Mining if I am not robbed by others .
Battle Fight is allowed to fight 6 times per day.
In the last 200 Battle Fight of TerraCore, I have won 13463.456 SCRAP with a Win Rate of 51.68% and lost 12586.421 SCRAP with a Lost Rate of 48.32%
Now, My Win Rate has more than Lost rate in Battle Fight.
But, I will have to improve Damage and Defense as a priority.
