To my dear friends, today I take the art that I love and make a very easy and delicious dish with the ingredients at home. This is called Cabbage tempura with eggs. so let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
*200g of cabbage
- Two tablespoons of oil
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Two eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Three cloves of garlic
- A few curry leaves
- A pod of ripe green chillie
- Two green chili pods
- Half a large onion
The method of making;
Wash and clean the cabbage and cut it lengthwise. As you get longer columns.
Cut green chilies into long strips, ripen chilies into small pieces, garlic slices, and large onions.
Add two eggs to the bowl and beat them well.
Now heat a suitable pan and add oil to it and when the oil heats add mustard seeds.
Then add garlic slices and stir within a minute.
After adding chopped onions and sauteing on low flame for about a minute, saute by adding chili powder, curry powder and salt powder.
Keep the mixture aside in the pan and now add the cabbage pieces and let it simmer on low flame.
Add curry leaves and stir it.
After stirring the cabbage pieces on low heat for about two minutes, add the egg mixture to one side.
Add ripen chilies to egg mixture.
Now keep the heat of the stove at a normal level and stir the mixture of eggs, cabbage and onions so that all these are well fried.
Finally add chopped green chillies and remove from heat.
In fact, with all these ingredients at home, we can add this cabbage tempura with eggs to the main meals very quickly. Harima is delicious. And very fragrant. You almost don't need other curries to eat rice because a combination of two curries can be made and tasted with this one.
