We all know very well that foods made with oil and spices are bad for our health. So today I will make Komar Bhaji with very few ingredients, which is very beneficial for our health. pumpkin

Today I will make a complete bhaji with a waist, but it is much healthier. Also, a waist is a very useful thing to prevent dehydration in the body, and it helps to maintain the moisture of the body. We can make this dish in different ways, but today I will make a bhaji with only onions, green chillies, and a few other ingredients, which we can eat with rice, roti, and paratha. First, I cut the rice and pumpkin well.

After that, once the onion and green chillies are chopped, I will put them in a pan on the stove and start frying the onions. At one stage, I will fry the onions in oil here until they turn brown.

Once the onions turn brown, you can't delay any longer because if you delay too much, the onions will burn and the taste of the food will be ruined. Now, immediately add the finely chopped fake pumpkins, and then add a small amount of salt and a little turmeric powder, and wait for it to cook for five to six minutes.

Después, una vez picadas la cebolla y los chiles verdes, los pondré en una sartén al fuego y empezaré a freír las cebollas. En un momento dado, las freiré en aceite hasta que se doren.

Una vez que las cebollas se doren, no puedes esperar más, porque si te demoras demasiado, se quemarán y el sabor de la comida se arruinará.
