Hello guys....
How are you all? I hope you are all well because I am too. Meet me again, I will tell you my story about my journey to find and visit good cafes or restaurants with delicious food and coffee.
This time I visited a restaurant that sells various kinds of Korean food. It's a new restaurant that's currently popular, and of course I'll come back to this restaurant.

The name of the restaurant my friends and I visited this time was Kimchiii Booth. As the name suggests, this restaurant serves a variety of Korean dishes. It's a simple, cozy restaurant. Although it looks simple, the place is very comfortable and clean. The service is friendly and fast.

The menu isn't extensive, with main dishes like bibimbap, kimchi, and jajangmyeon. There's also a tteokbokki series and a few snacks. Drinks include matcha, coffee, and refreshing drinks.

We ordered some food which we would share so we could try the taste of some of the food here.

Gochu Butter Bibimbap

The first one is Bibimbap, they have several bibimbap options but the one we ordered was Gochu Butter Bibimbap. Rice, gochujang, sunny side up egg, carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, seaweed, beef slices and kimchi.
Before you start eating it, make sure to stir everything together. The taste of this bibimbap is delicious, but not spicy, I think I need chili sauce or chili powder to make this dish more delicious.
Chicken Mentai Kimbab

Rice with crispy chicken, omelette, carrots, and cucumber inside, rolled in seaweed, and topped with creamy and delicious mentai sauce.

This is very delicious, the most delicious menu I've eaten this time. Although each piece of kimchi is quite large, so eating just one piece is enough to fill me up.
Korean Fried Chicken

Crispy fried chicken topped with Korean sauce. You can choose from spicy or soy sauce, but you can also order both flavors in one serving. Not only is the chicken cut into small pieces, but there are also pieces of fried tteokbokki. Because the tteokbokki is lightly fried, it has a crispy texture on the outside but remains soft on the inside.

This food is also delicious, especially the one with soy sauce. Sweet and savory, so it's delicious. For the spicy one, this isn't spicy, it would be better if this was made spicy, because it really doesn't have any spicy taste at all. For the chicken, I think it was fried too long, so it made it a little tough and a little difficult to chew.
Original Tteokbokki

The last dish we ordered was tteokbokki, the original tteokbokki. There's also a creamier option with added cheese, but for a first try, the original was a good choice.

The tteokbokki sauce is delicious, spicy and savory. Eating kimbab with this sauce is also delicious. However, I think the tteok was undercooked. What I expect from tteok is a soft and chewy texture, but this was neither too soft nor too chewy. But overall, it was quite tasty.
Infused Water And Subak Hwache

There were two drinks we ordered, namely infused water and subak hwache. Infused water: water, ice and lemon slices, a refreshing drink that I think is suitable to drink after eating a heavy meal. Subak hwache: soda water, ice, watermelon slices and basil, a sweet refreshing drink. Both drinks are simple and refreshing.
Not only can you eat and drink, but at Kimchiiii booth, there is also a photo booth (this is why the name uses the word booth). Photo booth or photo box? I don't know exactly what the difference is, but you can take photos here, the results of which will be printed and also sent as soft files. Not only a photo booth, but there are also several photo spots provided so you can take photos with your friends here.

It was a great day, eating, telling stories and having great photos. Thank you for reading my story this time, see you in my other stories, bye~
