Today is the second day of the new year, but I'm sharing my experience from the first day yesterday.

Wishing everyone a new day.Wishing everyone well and hope everyone has a great day from today.Many people had many plans for the occasion of Thirty First Night, but we had no plans.I think we should start the morning with a prayer in the name of the Creator because the Creator has given us a beautiful morning and a beautiful world.Alhamdulillah, Allah has kept us healthy.On the first day of year, all praise is in the name of the great God.

Our skies were lit up with fireworks and lights last night on the occasion of Thirty-First Night.The night was a barbecue party, with almost everyone giving a party.

So at the beginning, let me say again, let us welcome the new and start the day in the name of the Creator.I wish you good health and hope that the entire year of 2026 will be filled with joy in your life.I am suraiyaaktar, wishing you success.But the happiest thing was that the first of January was a day of lights.Because I got the sweet sunshine from the morning.The sky was bright with sunlight.I started a bright new morning with rural style food.

Yes friends, we started the new morning with a rural food that is our rural tradition.At the beginning of the new year, we made the popular Chitoi Pitha of rural Bengal in the morning.New crops are blooming all around and winter is currently underway.During winter, a lot of new vegetables and new rice arrive all around.And at this moment, festivals turn into celebrations in rural Bengal with the arrangement of pitha.However my breakfast today was with traditional food.

This is also a pitha, but it is a completely white pitha.Most people in rural areas like to have it for breakfast or dinner.Many other types of items can be made from chitoi pitha, but white chitoi pitha is a tradition of our rural region.We all love white chitai pitha and it is so fun to make and eat this warm pitha on a winter morning.It is not difficult to make.This pitha is great with various spicy fillings and curries.Today we ate it with black cumin.

But it is made according to the complete tradition.Look, here you only need rice powder and water.It is made by mixing rice powder and water.To fry it, we need a clay pot which has been around since ancient times.This pitha is delicious when made in a clay pot and looks very pretty.Start the new year with our traditional food
