Hello to all the members of this community and coffee lovers! I gladly admit that I am a "cafelover", since I can't consider a good day without having tried at least a cup of coffee 😆 Unfortunately, despite my passion for coffee, I don't spend my time visiting coffee shops, although it is something I would like to do regularly. But when I stumbled upon the Fluffy pancakes coffee shop while I was visiting the city of Barquisimeto (Venezuela), I fell in love with its facade and added it to my list of places to visit.
I finally decided to go to the cafe after checking out their social media, admiring the menu and feeling more confident about what I wanted to order. I also took advantage of the opportunity to invite my dear friend @yetsimar, whom I wanted to meet and treat to something different. Last time we had Chinese rice at a mall, but I was hoping to take her somewhere nicer so I could cheer her up. I confess, I was pretty anxious about it because it would be my first time there, so I hoped I wouldn't let my friend down 😅
Once we entered, we found a beautifully decorated space. It was very hot outside, so the air conditioning that greeted us was more than perfect. Once we got the menu, we found a variety of fairly affordable items, most of them priced at $1. A real bargain! We ordered two coffees, two arequipe-filled pancakes, and two ice creams to go with them. The service was quick, so we were able to enjoy the coffees and pancakes almost immediately. The sight was simply adorable 💕
For my part, I ordered a vanilla latte, while my friend Yetsi ordered a chocolate one. I loved the design they made on the coffee, I even felt embarrassed stirring it haha, but I don't usually drink coffee without sugar, so I had to. The $1 cup of coffee is pretty good, compared to other places I've bought coffee at that price, where I got a much smaller amount and didn't get the same quality. I really liked my latte, so I'd definitely want to come back for the other flavors.
As for the pancakes, the presentation is so cute. I love that kind of attention to detail in the products, as it makes me happy when I eat them. I really liked the flavor, being a fairly soft cake, and the combination with the caramel was very good. There were other sweet flavor options, but there were also savory options, like the pizza flavor! Another reason to come back: curiosity to try the other pancake flavors.
Finally, we ordered ice cream. There was a choice of vanilla, chocolate, or a combination. We both ordered the latter. This order really surprised me, because despite costing only $0.75, the ice cream was quite large. In my opinion, I was more than satisfied! Honestly, when I saw the menu, I thought it would be something extremely small, but they surprised me, and the flavor was delicious.
I'm so glad I was finally able to go to that cafe and confirm that it's one of the cutest places I've visited in that city, and very affordable! It's perfect if you want to treat yourself without feeling guilty or just to go for a coffee and chat with friends. But, obviously, my favorite part was being able to share this lovely experience with my friend Yetsi. I don't think it would have been the same if I had gone alone, so I hope we can go back another time ✨

I also encourage you to give small businesses a chance; you never know what wonderful experience awaits you. I stumbled across this cafe by chance while riding a bus. I saw that cute sign and said, "How lovely!" and searched for information online. The same thing has happened to me with other places that have caught my eye. Life is much more fun when you make small but wonderful discoveries throughout the day, so... When you go out, stay alert! ✨☕️

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes del café! Con mucho gusto, admito que soy una "cafelover", ya que no puedo considerar que tengo un buen día sin haber probado así sea una taza de café 😆 lamentablemente, a pesar de mi pasión por el café, no me la paso visitando cafeterías, aunque es algo que me gustaría hacer con regularidad. Pero cuando me topé por curiosidad con la cafetería Fluffy pancakes mientras me hallaba de visita en la ciudad de Barquisimeto (Venezuela), quedé enamorada con su fachada y la anoté en mi lista de sitios por visitar.
Me animé de ir a la cafetería finalmente luego de haber revisado sus redes sociales, pudiendo apreciar el menú y estando más segura de lo que querría pedir. Aproveché el momento también para invitar a mi querida amiga @yetsimar, a quién quería ver e invitar a algo diferente. La vez pasada comimos arroz chino en un centro comercial, pero esperaba llevarla a un lugar más bonito para que pudiera darle ánimos. Lo confieso, estaba bastante ansiosa por ello, porque sería la primera vez que iba, así que esperaba no fallarle a mi amiga 😅
Una vez que ingresamos, nos encontramos con un local decorado muy lindo. Afuera hacía mucho calor, así que el aire acondicionado que nos recibió, fue más que perfecto. Una vez que obtuvimos el menú, nos hallamos con una variedad de productos bastante accesibles, la mayoría con un costo de 1$ ¡Una verdadera ganga! Pedimos dos cafés, dos pancakes rellenos de arequipe y dos helados para acompañar. El servicio fue rápido, así que pudimos disfrutar casi de inmediato de los cafés y los pancakes. La visión era simplemente adorable 💕
Por mi lado, pedí un latte con sabor a vainilla, mientras que mi amiga Yetsi, lo pidió de chocolate. Me encantó la figura que realizaron sobre el café, hasta me dio pena removerlo jaja pero no suelo tomar café sin azúcar, así que tuve que hacerlo. La taza de café de 1$ está bastante bien, comparado con otros lugares en donde he comprado café a ese mismo precio, recibiendo una cantidad mucho menor y sin una calidad parecida. Me gustó muchísimo mi latte, así que sin duda, me gustaría venir por los otros sabores.
En cuanto a los pancakes, la presentación es demasiado tierna. Me encanta ese tipo de detalle en los productos, ya que me aporta felicidad a la hora de consumirlos. El sabor me agradó bastante, siendo un bizcocho bastante suave y la mezcla con el arequipe, fue muy buena. Habían otras opciones de sabores dulces, pero también estaban las opciones saladas ¡Como la de sabor a pizza! Otra razón para volver: la curiosidad por probar los sabores de los otros pancakes.
Para finalizar, pedimos el helado. Estaba la opción de vainilla, chocolate o combinado. Ambas pedimos la última. Este pedido si que me sorprendió, ya que a pesar de costar únicamente 0.75$ el helado era bastante grande, a mi parecer ¡Quedé más que satisfecha! Sinceramente, cuando vi el menú, pensé que sería algo sumamente pequeño, pero me sorprendieron y el sabor, estaba muy delicioso.
Me alegro mucho de haber podido ir por fin a aquella cafetería y corroborar que es uno de los locales más lindos que he visitado en esa ciudad ¡Y muy económico! Es perfecto si quieres darte un pequeño gustito sin sentirte culpable o simplemente para irte a tomar un café y charlar con amigos. Pero, obviamente, mi parte favorita fue haber podido compartir esta linda experiencia junto a mi amiga Yetsi, pienso que no hubiera sido lo mismo de haber ido sola, así que espero que podamos volver en otra ocasión ✨
Si se encuentran en Venezuela, la cafetería tiene una sucursal no sólo en Barquisimeto, sino también una en Caracas. Pueden revisar en su cuenta en Instagram toda la información. Por otro lado, los invito también a darle la oportunidad a pequeños negocios, nunca saben qué linda experiencia está esperando por ustedes. Yo me encontré por casualidad ésta cafetería mientras iba en un autobús, vi ese lindo cartel y dije "¡Que lindo!" y busqué información en las redes, lo mismo me ha pasado con otros locales que me han llamado la atención. La vida es mucho más divertida cuando haces pequeños pero maravillosos hallazgos a lo largo del día, así que... ¡Cuando salgas, mantente alerta! ✨☕️
