I also don't take medicine for dysmenorrhea. Mine usually takes few hours lang pero soafer sakit para akong hihimatayin. Haha Can't imagine sayo na 2 to 3 days kaya magtake ka na ng gamot. Hahaha Perfect ang sopas sa weather nyo jan and para sa period cramps. Yummy!

        This time soafer sakit so I had to take na. First time to, sinabayan pa kasi ng sakit sa may lowerr back tas sa hips huhu, kainis. Kaya nga eh, super na enjoy namin haha. Back to sunny weather na ulit kami here now
