Great addition to Easter menu 🙂 we put poblano chilies on hamburgers sometimes. The was a grill in California that put poblanos on hamburgers (Ole! is what they called it lol). When we were running our stores we had vinyl gloves in the kitchen, we always brought some home and used them when handling chilies.
