The People has planted many pumpkins fruit and reaped abundant harvests, but there is no market to buy it. The actual situation in the market the Pumpkins are very cheap.The people has very complained about the price of pamkin that was very low price and has no someone and other company to buy it.
I had buy it from a market that the cost of pamkin is 1kg=300Riel(0.010 $). The pamkin is very important to help human body and for health wellbeing. It has useful a lot of cooking such as sweet pamkin, friend pamkin, make soup pamkin ...
When I saw many people seller the pamkin so I was buy it and keep it for along time for cook and I give it to someone that want to eat pamkin.
I want to tell you about those pamkin, it can fried with pork, meat or with egg, stir-fry pumpkin and pork with ingredients such as garlic, scallions, brown sugar, fish sauce, and snail oil.
We can fried pamkin with pork and It has a good taste and delicious and sweet.

We can make pamkin with soup such as soup with meat and with noodles also.
