Well, my intimate friend has been hell-bent on learning the French language but of course, not alone. She requested that I do so along with her cause in her words, it'll make her consistent and actually want to learn it more.
I'm simply glad I'm not foreign to the language. I know some bits and that helps β₯οΈ.

Well, to your surprise, I'm not entirely bad at French. I started learning last year via Duolingo and while it's not the best medium, it did help me get a basic understanding of French.
Now, I can read and write simple sentences and I'm always so proud of myself for it.π₯°

With Duolingo? I tried making use of that a certain time but they seem to have this repetitive mode that makes you begin the lesson from the very start, every single time and I... booted out π₯².

Thank you! Yes, duolingo has the streak thing that dies off if you skip multiple days. It's one of their selling points, unfortunately.
