Looks delicious 🀀. Did grilling it on that stone adds some flavour or does it heat up really fast? Is that why they use it?

Although I never really understood the concept of cooking your own food in a restaurant πŸ˜‚. My cooking skills suck lol so when they do this I don't have much to say 🀣.

        I think the concept of cooking it yourself is that you can customize the food. 😁 No, it did not add flavor at all, haha.
