This is the first time I've seen a purple sweet potato! In Siberia, all we have is just potatoes, haha. When I first saw the photos, I thought there beetroot. The dish looks so interesting and delicious. Keep going to cook with local vegetables, because for some people, even purple potatoes are exotic food!
