I really need this as I have been battling with low blood pressure recently. I also need more iron in my body; dishes with liver are all I need aside from my regular iron supplement capsule.

More than this, the technique that you shared for eliminating odor from the liver is very useful. I actually didn't know this before I read your article. Thanks for this useful tip! Very much appreciated ❤️
