Hello, good afternoon to you all! I finally completed my first PUM challenge and I have a question and a suggestion to share. I'm going to tag @arcange because I don't know if he's directly in charge here on the hivebuzz profile.
My question:
Additionally, you will also receive a Hive Power delegation upon successful completion of the challenge. The more badges you collect (Power Up Day, Power Up Helper and Power Up Month), the higher our delegation will be!
Which badges count towards this definition of power up delegation? Only from the current year or all the badges from previous years?
My suggestion:
I know that the monthly power up challenge is supposed to be a big challenge, but wouldn't it be interesting to give people a kind of "lifeline"? I have as an example my friend @rimurutempest, this month he tried to do the challenge but for exactly 3 days that he didn't do the power up (or got confused because of the time) he couldn't complete the month.
If our goal is to re-educate people about the importance of HP in their accounts, this monthly challenge is amazing (I really regret not participating earlier) to do the PU and also gain a delegation that will help even more in the healing, so it is very frustrating to lose the challenge because of 1 or 3 days.
My suggestion would be to have 2 or 3 days that could be saved, that is, if the person was unable to do the PU in one day, somehow (automatically or manually) they could be saved on that day. Their attention will certainly be redoubled and they will still continue doing the power ups. Imagine doing 10 PU and forgetting about it on the 11th. Maybe the person will want to give up, but if they are saved on that day, they will definitely continue doing PU.
This way, motivation continues and everyone wins (more profiles with more HP) not to mention that with this new model, where you can burn 2 or 3 days, it might even attract new people to the challenge!
Please, if possible, think "lovingly" about this, thank you.
