You may not be able to distinguish or see well what food is in this dish because of the poor quality of my camera, but I tell you; this is.... Or at least I know it as fish tortilla, accompanied with rice, caraotas (black beans), and cooked potato, carrot, beet and egg salad.
It's a dish similar to pabellon (rice, caraotas, shredded meat and slices), I would say better and it's not that I don't like pabellon, it's a matter of taste, I don't really like shredded meat 😅, and just yesterday my brother and his partner cooked this delicacy you see in the picture.
Thank God for our daily bread.
You know what was missing? -avocado and tajadas! 😁- ah! and cassava too! 😅.

Quizás no se distinga o se vea bien que comida hay en este plato por la mala calidad de mi cámara, pero les cuento; esto es... O por lo menos yo lo conozco como tortilla de pescado, acompañado con arroz, caraotas(frijoles negros), y ensalada cocida de papa, zanahoria, remolacha y huevo.
Es un plato parecido al pabellón (arroz, caraotas, carne mechada y tajadas), yo diría que mejor y no es que no me guste el pabellón, es por cuestión de gusto, no me gusta mucho la carne mechada 😅, y justo ayer mi hermano y su pareja cocinaron esta delicia que ves en la foto.
Gracias a Dios por el pan de cada día.
