There’s something wonderfully comforting about the aroma of freshly baked coffee cake wafting through the kitchen—especially when the recipe is simple to prepare.
This easy coffee cake recipe delivers a soft, moist texture with just a hint of coffee flavor in every layer. It pairs perfectly with a warm cup of tea or coffee, making it an ideal treat for those cozy, unhurried afternoons when you’re craving a little homemade indulgence.

🌺 3/4 Cup of Fresh milk.
🌺 3/4 Cup of Sugar.
🌺 1 Egg.
🌺 2 Tablespoon of coffee powder.
🌺 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
🌺 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
🌺 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda.
The cooking process as follows.

First, add a little fresh milk into a bowl. Then, add one tablespoon of coffee and mix well until fully combined.

Next, take a blender and add the egg and some sugar into the blender cup. Blend it well until smooth and creamy.

Next, add the wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, coconut oil, and coffee powder into the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Next, add the fresh milk and the coffee mixture that you prepared earlier into the batter.
Mix well until everything is fully combined.

Next, line another baking tray or dish with parchment paper greased with oil, and pour the batter into it.

Finally, you can prepare it using either a steamer or an oven. I used a steamer to make mine, and it took about 30 minutes to cook completely.
