
In our daily diet, we are required to consume more protein than carbohydrates. Shrimp contains a lot of protein, so you should definitely include it in your daily menu.
We can cook a variety of shrimp dishes. In my opinion, shrimp is a very popular and delicious dish in any region, especially in Indonesia, where many whiteleg shrimp farmers have their own ponds specifically for raising shrimp. The shrimp I got were from my brother, whose pond was currently being harvested.

Well, it was just right when I wanted to enjoy some shrimp. My brother had some at home yesterday, so I made just one portion for lunch, being the only one at home.
While I was unsure how to cook shrimp, I suddenly had an idea: today I would make shrimp in butter sauce, which is currently trending in my area. The ingredients are easy to find and I happened to have them at home, so I just made the shrimp, starting with cleaning them.

and I started by cleaning the shrimp, washing them under running water then I drained them and I rubbed salt and lime on the shrimp.
and I also started to prepare the ingredients that I would use to cook prawns in butter sauce, such as chilies, onions, butter, and shallots.
Here I also use sauce, so if you are curious about my cooking today, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.
Materials used

1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 onion
1 clove garlic
4 chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
Manufacturing procedure
First I fry the shrimp with butter, I fry the shrimp until the shrimp is cooked.

Next I chopped the shallots, garlic and chilies,

Then in the frying pan, I fry the shrimp first, I put the shrimp aside and I sauté the shallots, garlic and chilies until they wilt, after the onions wilt, I add salt, sauce, sweet soy sauce and also the shrimp, I continue cooking them.

I then cooked the shrimp until the spices were completely absorbed and the sauce thickened slightly and the shrimp were ready to be served.

RESULTS

and here it is, my butter sauce shrimp dish is ready, I serve it with warm rice, I only made one portion of this butter sauce shrimp because I happened to be alone at home, and this butter sauce shrimp is my choice for my lunch menu today.

When I spooned it, it tasted really good and was very fragrant because the shrimp fried in butter tasted a bit different from shrimp fried in ordinary cooking oil.
