Who here likes Indomie, hehehe. It seems like almost all Indonesians like Indomie. In my opinion, we shouldn't enjoy Indomie too often because it's not very good because it contains a lot of added MSG. So I don't consume Indomie that often.

But if I have the opportunity to consume Indomie like today, I add shredded chicken to the Indomie, especially Indomie soto flavor with this chicken friend, it adds to the deliciousness of the Indomie taste itself.

Yes, even though Indomie is not that healthy, we can still consume Indomie once in a while by mixing it ourselves with various additional menus such as fried chicken, shredded chicken, eggs, vegetables, and so on.

By cooking it like this, it is really delicious in my opinion, but we specifically use Mio Soto because Mio Soto also contains supergroup, super savory soto sauce and also contains very fresh soy sauce in my opinion.

If we don't have any side dishes, Indomie rice can be one solution to add to your menu, isn't that simpler and very practical?

This time, I cooked Indomie not just as a side dish for rice, but because I really wanted to eat Indomie, perhaps because it had been so long. I hadn't eaten Indomie, especially this soto-flavored Indomie, which is my favorite.

So, are you curious about my Indomie soto + chicken recipe? Okay, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

One pack of Indomie soto flavor, there are several pieces of chicken, and there is also liver, 1 chicken foot that has been steamed beforehand, as seasoning there are also 3 cloves of shallots, 5 pieces of bird's eye chili, 1 tomato, 1 clove of garlic

manufacturing procedure

First

First of all, I cut or minced the chicken meat until it is a bit large but not too small, then I also cut the chilies, onions and tomatoes.

And this is the result because I wanted a lot of soto sauce so I added a little bit of water and then I added the sauce on top and don't forget I also added fried chicken on top to add to the delicious taste of the fried chicken.

I often cook noodles this way when I have chicken at home and I immediately want to buy Indomie Soto which is very spectacular in my opinion with its super savory broth.

The taste of the soto soup is super savory, coupled with very chewy Indomie and there are also vegetables, chicken liver, chicken feet and there is also fried chicken. Wow, it seems like my Indomie this time is full of chicken, huh?

Yes, this is what I like to cook Indomie with a very generous topping of chicken
