Hi my friends culinary lovers, Today I will make a rujak rujak made from grapefruit. You know grapefruit, grapefruit is a type of citrus fruit, but it is very large and with its skin is also very thick, this grapefruit is very delicious to make sweet rujak or can also be mixed with other fruits such as mango, kueni fruit, grapefruit can also be mixed with other fruits that you like to make rujak. but this time I will only make grapefruit, without mixing with other fruits

I happened to get some grapefruit. My brother grew a lot of grapefruit in his yard. When I arrived, he was picking grapefruit. Some were perfectly ripe, so as soon as I arrived, he immediately gave them to me because he knows I love grapefruit. I usually eat grapefruit often. That's all, but this time I'm going to make a Balinese rujak with a spicy and sweet flavor.

by adding several ingredients such as salt, sugar, brown sugar, granulated sugar and also quite a lot of chili because I wanted to eat spicy food.

Bali oranges are very popular in my area, Bali oranges are also in great demand by many people, my brother grows Bali oranges and after harvesting he will sell them to the market at a fairly high price

one large grapefruit, half a tablespoon of grilled shrimp paste, several pieces of cayenne pepper, half a piece of brown sugar and salt and granulated sugar to taste


First


First of all, I opened the whole skin of the grapefruit right down to the skin. The skin of this grapefruit is very thick, it turns out, hihihi, but I managed to open it perfectly.

Second


Next, I took the flesh from the orange, I took all the Balinese, then I took a mortar and pestle and started grinding the salt and chilies.

After the chilies and fine salt, I started to rub the brown sugar until it was completely crushed.then I added a little water and then I ground it again so that everything was even and then I put it in the grapefruit

Finally, I added ice cubes to add freshness to the rujak.

And this is the result, a very fresh Balinese orange rujak because I deliberately added a few ice cubes earlier so that the rujak would be even fresher and more delicious when enjoyed.If you don't want to add ice cubes, you can also put it in the refrigerator. But I prefer the rujak cold with just ice cubes.

With a sweet and spicy taste, that's a taste that I really miss because it's been a long time, I haven't eaten spicy and fresh like this. Anyway, if you have grapefruit, it's refreshing to make grapefruit rujak. Like this, don't forget to add a little burnt shrimp paste because the aroma with this shrimp paste taste will make the grapefruit even more delicious.
