Its been raining here since yesterday, I think that's because of the Typhoon Henry -our Province has warnings too so we're advised to be alert. Thankfully, the rain here is our town that heavy, and it stop too from time to time. But there are municipalities, there's already a floodings. I'm wishing for everyone's safety!
Now, with this kind if weather, I know a very doo dish that is good in this kind of weather. I actually had this the other day but lemme still share it. Its a simple dish that is healthy and warm, not just to the stomach but also to the heart heh. A warm soup touching my throat is the best feeling. Its like my whole body is also getting warm up.

Anyways, before I started cooking, I had a quick walk in the yard first and check the happy plants we have. I also need to pick fresh Malunggay which I will be using for today's recipe.

And actually, it is not just me who's having a walk here, there's Baste too ƪ(‾.‾“)┐. Wait, I think he is not just having a walk but searching for a prey -that he can eat? Nope! One that he can screwwwww boing! Aigoooo. He's full of vigor ey...

Now back to the dish...its a soupy dish with fried fish -and with Sotanghon and Malunggay. Sounds healthy no? Hehe

Now for the fresh ingredient, Malunggay from our yard. I soaked them in water with salt. Good thing I did because I found 3 worms on it haha. Ewwwy! And they're not dead yet even after soaking it for 4 minutes. Wow! But the worm is not included in the recipe, pls FORGET ALL ABOUT IT! Lol

Next is also soaking one pack or 40g of Sotanghon in a water, that way, the Sotanghon will be cooked much faster. Its not much but y'all, we had it until dinner haha.

And its cooking time! We'll just sautee the onion and garlic. Sadly, I only have small clove of garlic it'll be awesome if there's more. Still, this is already okay as our aromatic.

Next is putting the fried fish, put the water and season it. I also put pepper in it because why not! I just use salt and msg to season it by the way. We'll just let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

We'll them put the Malunggay, I cook it for 3 minutes because I want it cooked thoroughly. After that 3 minutes, I removed the fish and ready the sotanghon.

There it, I think I only cook the Sotanghon for 2 minutes because soaking it really helps. Yum! Look at those greens ♪┌|∵|┘♪

Next is putting back the fish we remove while ago

And of course, the next thing to do is to enjoy it with the family. Seeiously, it's good. I'm really glad that the oldies enjoy it ⟵(๑¯◡¯๑)

I ate one and half servings of rice because of it hahaha. I mean, its really good coz the weather is nice too. Hihi
I tried this recipe before but with egg, a whole egg. And I like that version too ┏(^0^)┛
