So every year around this time, is the season for mango in Thailand. Which you will find it everywhere and every house because our grands grow it during their time. And now is the harvesting time.
Just behind my house there's a huge land that grow sugarcane as is the best time for it. It needed for couple of months before it fully grown and ready to cut.
Banana tree, mango tree and even jackfruit tree are grow along the roadside. Can you spot the highest tree there? As I walked my doggy Harry wanted to come too.
This the mango that used for mango sticky rice. Small tree but full of mangoes. Now is time to pickup some.
Round top with sharp end. No idea what name it is but is easy to recognize this type of mango. Alright time to head over to the back for more.
And here we got for today. We got various types of mangoes such as apple mango and so on. You can eat it when is ripe or before. Well time to get some diabetes for now 😅😅.
Before have mango, I prepared some menu for my family dinner such as pumpkin with pork, fried omelet and half boiled cockles and shell. Cockles and shell are hand catch beside the beach daily. After catching the local farmer will come house to house to sell it. Guarantee fresh from beach to your door steps. I do it medium rare as my family they like to have some blood with it. Medium rare anyone?
After dinner is time for fruit. Which I picked it up earlier. No chemical no medicine no hormone are put on these tree. As you know home grow fruits and veges we wanted it to be healthy. So we didn't apply any of those.
