Banana pepper and capsicum curry is a colorful and flavorful dish that combines the mild heat of banana peppers with the sweet, crunchy taste of capsicum. Materials Used.

Banana Pepper Capsicum 150g.
Curry leaves.
A piece of Pandan.
A finely chopped onion.
4 cloves of crushed garlic.
A finely chopped Tomato.
2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Cup of water.
30g Crushed peanuts.

The# cooking process as follows.

First, wash and clean the banana peppers and capsicum thoroughly. Then cut them into small pieces as shown below.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add crushed garlic, pandan leaves, curry leaves, and onions. Then mix well and sauté lightly.

Next, add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Now, add chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt, and mix well. Then, add the roasted cashew nuts along with a little water, and allow it to cook.

Now, add the chopped banana pepper capsicum and cook for about 3 minutes. After that, remove it from the pan.
