
Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I’m sharing a sweet dessert recipe with a hint of tartness and a milky flavor, topped with sweet strawberry jam. No oven, no mixer. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of round cookies
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 3 slices of white bread
- 1 package plain agar-agar or seaweed powder
- 1 packet vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 650 ml whole milk
Steps:

- Place the cookies in a food processor


Blend until finely ground
Set aside


- Melt the margarine, then mix it into the cookie crumbs

Press the mixture firmly into a baking pan
Place in the chiller


- Prepare the white bread, then place it in the food processor


- Add plain agar-agar and vanilla powder


- Add sugar and sweetened condensed milk


- Add milk

- Turn on the food processor and blend until smooth



- Pour the mixture into a pan containing cream cheese

- Stir until well combined

- Turn on the heat and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens


- Pour into a baking pan and let cool

- Once cooled, place in the chiller overnight






- Once chilled, top with strawberry jam and lemon slices


- The strawberry cheesecake is ready to serve
