Hello everyone,i'm here to show you how i prepared beans and corn for breakfast. Beans and corn when combined,create a complete protein, offering a wide array of nutritional benefits. They are good source of fiber,vitamins,and minerals.
ingredients
2 cups of beans
3 corn
1 red pepper
2 cooking spoon of palm oil
Salt to taste

the preparation
I poured my beans inside my tray,i picked out the dirty and i poured the neat ones inside a bowl.
I put water inside a small bowl,i put my pot on fire, i put water inside my beans and i rinsed it
I poured out the dirty water,i poured my beans inside the hot water pj fire and i covered my pot
While my beans on fire,i proceed to peel out my corn from the stick . I used my knife to peel out the three one by one inside a bowl.
After 30mins,i checked my beans to see if it soft, then i poured my corn inside the beans,i stired it together with my cooking spoon and i put my salt.
I covered it to steam for 20mins,then i put my grinder pepper inside it and i stired it
I put my palm oil,and stired it,i covered it for 40mins. My beans is ready
