My Participation In The Vegan Mini Contest. Beets are healthy vegetables that give the body lovely nutrients which I would not want to compromise for anything. There is a saying that the taste of the buddy is in the eating, so if you don't taste the cooked and uncooked beets, you can't prefer one to another. I love eating it raw when serve with salad and drink but with other meals I prefer eating it cooked. Of course the color do add visual beauty that further stimulate my appetite for eating. I love it!
