Good afternoon everyone, back again today on my blog nurul-uli!
Hopefully the days we go through will be days full of memories with our loved ones. Have you ever felt that we as housewives often feel very lazy to go into the kitchen?Especially when we have to cook, this moment sometimes comes to us, doesn't it?
When I'm in a bad mood, I usually just cook something quick and simple, but today I'm in that phase, and I'm starting to want to just cook something quick and not take long.
Today I want to make milkfish chili sauce and stir-fried cabbage for my menu today.
Before cooking, I went to my mother's room to see what she was doing, and my mother was already awake and playing with her cellphone.
And you went to the kitchen and wanted to make a lunch menu for our family.
Come accompany me in cooking today's lunch menu!!
- Milkfish 8 pieces
- 10 red chilies
- 2 Bombay shallots
- 1 garlic
- 1 tomato
- Salt 1 tbsp
- sugar 2 tbsp
- Edible oil to taste/according to taste
Step 1
First, fry the milkfish until it is reddish over medium heat. Once it is reddish, set it aside.
Step 2
continue making the fine spices, puree the chilies, tomatoes and onions until smooth.
Step 3
Then heat the oil, then add the ground spices and stir until evenly mixed, wait until it boils, add salt and sugar and adjust the taste.
Step 4
We wait until it smells good and is dry and mix it with the milkfish, and today's simple menu is ready.
While waiting for the stir-fried cabbage to cook, my mother was happily eating it Unripe tamarind fruit dipped in salt, I can't even imagine not being able to eat it, because it has a sour taste.
Lastly, I made stir-fried cabbage, but I didn't have time to take a picture of it because I was in a hurry, my mother and husband were hungry 😂
I just took a few photos that I had put on the stove.
Today's menu includes a few additional fresh vegetables, some of the side dishes contain vitamins for us to consume today.
After everything was done, we immediately filled our hungry stomachs☺️
