Again and again, plain bread becomes a delicious and valuable snack at home. It is perfect to enjoy during the rainy season like now. Curious about the recipe? Let's take a look at the preparation steps below.

Making plain bread into a delicious snack at home is nothing new to me. There are always recipes that pique my curiosity with various ways to use up leftover white bread that I've recently found on social media. This time, I found a recipe on one of the most popular social media platforms in my country, where I discovered that they fry white bread and then fill it with delicious sweet corn. Of course, as a corn lover, I couldn't pass this up.
The corn is processed like jam, cooked with a mixture of cheese, milk, and a little cornstarch as a thickener. This results in delicious yet simple fried bread using yesterday's leftover bread at home.
Ingredients Needed

50 grams of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Mineral water as needed

50 grams of cheese
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
100 ml of full cream milk
1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
Procedure for Making
Step 1: Preparing to Make Fried Bread
Mix the flour with enough water and stir until it reaches a medium consistency.

Fold the bread in half and dip it into the mixed flour.

Next, add the fanir flour, then the bread is ready to be fried.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Once cooked, set aside.

Step 2: Making the Corn Filling
