What do you think of when you have dragon fruits? Juicing, making into desserts or baking like I did a while ago. But not today, I need something uncooked with this fruit. Its whole and fresh presentation is always so tempting isn't it?.

Banana Dragon Fruit Salad

The combination of dragon fruit and banana makes for a mouthwatering bowl of salad with pure, pureed dragon fruit as the natural dressing and plenty of milk and grated cheese. This salad is one of my husband and I's favorite dishes, we usually make this salad as dessert at home. In fact, I often make this salad as a lunch dessert when he works. Not fancy but the taste is enough to make you addicted, in my opinion dragon fruit always has a place where it can be processed into any dish, drinks, food and even bread and that you will find in my next recipe.

I serve the dragon fruit salad in a bowl, then refrigerate it for a while so I can enjoy it cold and I think it's much better. However, eating it straight away is equally delicious, you can choose to serve it any way you like.

Dragon fruit has a very good flavor when processed into a salad is very good especially there is a combination of bananas that have a naturally sweet race in my opinion everything gets better. The addition of yogurt also makes the salad perfect there is a little acid there. Even the salty savory hidden in the cheese makes this dish so perfect, right? Making you feel fuller longer is the addition of chiaseed. Everything feels so complete.

For those of you who are confused about preparing a simple and easy dessert at home with an attractive appearance, try this salad.

This looks so pretty!

I'm sure the taste must be yum too 😋

It's so delicious try making it you'll love it!

It looks beautiful and tempting! I've used yogurt and condensed milk for fruit salad before; it suits it really well. I'd wish I could find that color of dragon fruit here; they sell one that's pale, nothing to do with that amazing color.

Have a nice day, friend!

That's right, the combination of sweetened condensed milk and yogurt is very tempting. You should try this version of dragon fruit, the color is very attractive and will definitely make it look more attractive.

Wow! First time seeing this dish, my curiosity makes me want to make this.

I haven't had this combination- banana with dragon fruit served as a salad. I've had just the dragon shake alone. Dragon fruit is not common in my area; it's seasonal and also a bit expensive. This one is a must try; nutritious and yummy.

Your plating is topnotch👌 i love how the dragon fruit color pops and the cheese topping is such a creative twist.
