Crispy Corn Chips Easy Recipe

The amazing crunchiness of the unusual corn chips has become a snack that uploads my taste buds.



Today I would like to invite you to prepare one of my crunchy corn snacks. This is also in conjunction with one of Hive Top Cheff's crunchy-themed contests so I wanted to try participating in this competition.

Corn is indeed one of the simplest ingredients, there are so many snacks in the supermarket that use corn and it is my favorite. But again, corn snacks cannot be enjoyed in the long run and too many are sold in the market. So taking the initiative to make simple corn snacks at home is the best way I've ever done.




Corn Chips

Corn chips are one of the processed corn that is mashed then mixed with corn juice and then flattened and cut according to taste. The final step is fried until crispy so that it produces unusual corn chips and will certainly be a snack that you miss at home.

Well curious not with the theme of the dish that power will show you. Let's see the preparation steps below!.




Ingredients

100 gram corn
250 gram flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon mushroom stock
50 ml water




Making Procedure


Step 1


Blend corn with water until perfectly smooth.

Step 2


Add it to the cooking pan and then cook until the water is reduced.

Step 3


In another container I add flour, salt and also mushroom broth.

Step 4


Add the corn that has been blended, then knead the dough until it is well mixed.

Step 5


Then prepare a work mat and flatten the dough as thin as possible.

Step 6


Cut into square shapes then fry until golden brown.

Crispy and savory corn chips are ready to be enjoyed, store in an airtight container to extend the shelf life and also chips can remain crispy even though they cannot be spent in one go. Now for the results are very crispy but in my opinion so that the chips are more stable, you should grind it thinly so that the results are better and the crispness is right.

Well, corn chips do have a very distinctive taste of corn aroma and the taste cannot be denied that it still tastes and is very good. The ingredients are simple but have a very good taste on my tongue.
