PCOS Girly From the Philippines : The Little Things That Counts

Hello Hive friends! 🌸 Tonight, I’m excited to share about my little things that count as a PCOS Girly from an Island, Philippines.

So, for those who didn't know that PCOS is one of the common INFERTILY issues most women have around the world, but having a PCOS in the Philippines hit different in my own perspective.

PCOS Girly like me from the Philippines can't resist the mouthful dishes that this country has to offer. As per the doctor losing weight for us is difficult because of the hormones, but yes hahahah not only because of hormones because of the foods that this country own, HAHAHA

The whole I actually just work for 5 hours only then after taking medicine for PCOS I fell asleep and woke up at 6 pm, and I thought it would be nice to share this experience with the Asean Hive community.

Afterwards, theres's a praying gathering at our church tonight, that is spiritual activity that is so important for Filipinos. Here is one of the photo. This is just a little thing that makes my soul alive while healing from PCOS.

Conclusion:
Overall, I know PCOS is not a joke I should be mindful on what to eat so I will do better next time. I feel grateful for my husband that makes me eat yummy food and at the same time take care of me and I am happy to share it here with all of you.
