Today I made my Sunday rice white and serve with vegetable stew very delicious and healthy because vegetables has a lot of health benefits.
Let's go on the ingredients I used in making my vegetables stew.
INGREDIENTS USED
Four cups of rice
1 bunch of Vegetables
Salt to taste
5 piece of fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 medium Onion
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
1/2 tablespoon of mix spice
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
Water.
Mix spice is a mixture of tumeric, ginger, garlic and rosemary.
PROCEDURE
I will first prepare my vegetables stew
I will start by getting my ingredients ready by slicing and was my vegetables, wash my onions and slice and also wash and slice my fresh tomatoes.
Here my ingredients are ready.
In a dry pot I will put my groundunt oil allow to heat I will now put salt, onions and my fresh tomatoes and stir till my fresh tomatoes dries water I will now add my tomato paste and stir also till it dries water I will now add my mix spice ,my pepper, my vegetables stir very well and add water.
I will allow for some minutes I will now bring it down.
Here my vegetables stew is ready I will now go over to my rice.
In a clean pot I will put my rice add water and cook I will cook for some minutes I will now bring it down and wash.
After washing I will put it back into my pot add water and cook I will also add salt to my white rice and allow to get soft.
Here my Sunday rice is ready.
Here is the final results
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and I really enjoyed my Sunday rice with my vegetables stew.
