My healthy native soup bitter leaf with cocoyam

Happy Sunday everyone how are you all doing today and how is your weekend going.
Today I made this native soup for the hole family for lunch and we enjoyed our lunch with this soup bitter leaf and cocoyam.

Cocoyam is one of our native meal that looks like yam and can be enjoyed in so many ways like boiling, frying, using it as soup thicker.
Here am using it as food thicker and is very healthy to use your cocoyam as soup thicker.

INGREDIENTS USED
3 piece of cocoyam
1/4 paint of bitter leaf
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my cocoyam soup and bitter soup very simple and healthy.
I will first peel my cocoyam, wash and put into my clean pot add water and cook I will cook till my cocoyam gets soft I will now bring it out from my pot put into my multer and pound.

Here my cocoyam is ready I will now remove from the multer.
In a neat pot I put my water allow to boil I will now put my red oil, my salt and my pounded cocoyam.

I will stir till my cocoyam dissolve I will now add my bitter leaf.

Here my soup is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch I really enjoyed my lunch with this soup.
