Good morning everyone I made this easy recipe for breakfast I made this recipe for my kids as breakfast this morning.
Starting your morning with healthy meal is a very good start.
And eggs is very good in the body it gives protein and good for kids and adults.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 eggs
2 plantains
3 fresh tomatoes
1 medium Onion
1/4 cup of groundunt oil
1/2 tablespoon of Pepper
Salt to taste.
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
I will wash my plantains peel and cut them into pieces.
I will now add salt to my plantains and turn them together.
I will now put my groundunt oil in a clean and dry pot and fry my plantains.
I will allow my plantains to be brownies.
I will now bring them out from the groundunt oil.
I will now go over to eggs I will break my eggs put in a clean plate.
I will now add salt.
I will now slice my fresh tomatoes and onions and add and stir.
I will also add my pepper.
I will now stir very well and fry the eggs with my remaining groundnut oil.
I will now attach my plantains in my frying eggs.
Here my eggs and plantains are ready.
This meal can also serve as dinner or lunch and is very sweet you can use your tea and enjoy it.
