In this recipe video, learn how to make Nutella cookies with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Nutella or generic hazelnut spread (360g)
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour you can use less down to 2/3 cup (120g)
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F/176 C
- Add the Nutella and egg to a large mixing bowl and combine. Use a mixer or a sturdy spoon.
- Add the flour a third of it at a time. The dough will be thick, use a sturdy spoon or even a dough hook on your mixer. I like to use a fork at the end. Just like that the Nutella Cookies dough is ready.
- Using clean hands roll about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough, a little smaller than a golf ball, and place it on a sheet pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can make them smaller too if you wish. Repeat until you form all the cookies.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The time will vary depending on your oven and how large you make the cookies.
- They are done when they are slightly cracked and feel a little dry to the touch. Allow them to cool for a few minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Then eat them. Enjoy!
