Cenando tender de pollo, tequeños y papas fritas [ESP/ENG]

Hoy una vez mas paso por esta comunidad con el fin de compartir con ustedes una rica cena que deguste la noche de hoy en el restaurante Sofia Burger. En mi ciudad existen varias sedes, sin embargo yo visite la que esta al este de la ciudad, en la avenida nueva Segovia, ya que he visitado las otras y m parece que donde preparan con mejor sazón cualquier tipo de comida rápida, porque ellos se dedican a preparar pepitos, hamburguesa, perros calientes, ensalada cesar entre otros es en la sede de nueva Segovia.
Resulta ser que en casa como de costumbre sin previo aviso, porque no sabemos a que hora del día vamos a quedar sin servicio eléctrico. Hoy la quitaron a las tres y media de la tarde, imagínense son cinco horas, debe llegar a las ocho y media, como contamos es con cocina eléctrica no podía cocinar, así que mi hija con su novio me invitaron a comer algo en Sofia Burger. La gran sorpresa es que al llegar al local, ellos también estaban sin el servicio eléctrico, pero contaban con una plata eléctrica pequeña, no alumbraba mucho por lo que las fotos que logre capturar no salieron tan nítida.
En este local preparan muy buenos los tender de pollo, por tal razón nos fuimos por este plato. Les comento que realmente estaban super ricos, muy crujientes por fuera y suave por dentro, deliciosos, estos venían acompañados con papas fritas, también super crujientes y riquísimas y tres tequeños que no estaban tan buenos pero si estaban pasables, con las salsa que ellos sirven y la kétchup se pasaban mejor, la masa de los tequeños estaba algo seca, sin mucho sabor, de queso venían bien resueltos.
En este local se come muy bien, todo es rico muy pocas excepciones y sobre todo a un precio módico. ellos por lo general acostumbrar de lunes a jueves tener combos para ofrecerle a sus clientes; en esta oportunidad tenían el combo de 4 tender de pollo, con sus papas fritas, y sus tres tequeños por un módico precio de 4 dólares cada uno, fue lo que cenamos, adicional a esto como bebida ordenamos un refresco de 1,5 litros sabor a naranja.
En la mesa colocaron 4 tipos de salsa: cuatro queso, tártara, kétchup y de maíz, esta ultima para mi es mi favorita, ya que es preparada por ellos con maíz natural, me encanta, muero por ella, aunque todas son deliciosas.

Dinner: Chicken Tender, Tequeños, and French Fries

Today, I’m stopping by this community once again to share with you a delicious dinner I enjoyed tonight at Sofia Burger. There are several locations in my city, but I visited the one on the east side of town, on Nueva Segovia Avenue, since I’ve been to the others and it seems to me that the Nueva Segovia location is where they prepare any kind of fast food with the best seasoning—whether it’s pepitos, hamburgers, hot dogs, Caesar salad, or other items.
It turns out that at home, as usual, there was no warning, because we never know what time of day the power will go out. Today they cut the power at 3:30 p.m.—can you believe it? That’s five hours; it should be back by 8:30 p.m. Since, as we mentioned, we have an electric stove, I couldn’t cook, so my daughter and her boyfriend invited me to grab a bite at Sofia Burger. The big surprise was that when we got there, they also didn’t have power, but they had a small portable generator. It didn’t provide much light, so the photos I managed to take didn’t come out very clear.
This place makes really good chicken tenders, which is why we went with this dish. I have to tell you, they were truly delicious—very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They came with french fries—also super crispy and delicious—and three tequeños that weren’t that great but were passable; they tasted better with the sauces they serve and some ketchup. The dough on the tequeños was a bit dry and lacked flavor, but they were well-filled with cheese.
The food at this place is excellent—everything is delicious, with very few exceptions—and, above all, it’s reasonably priced. They usually offer combo meals to their customers from Monday through Thursday; this time, they had a combo of four chicken tenders, with fries and three tequeños, for a modest price of $4 each—that’s what we had for dinner. In addition, we ordered a 1.5-liter orange-flavored soda to drink.
They placed four types of sauce on the table: four-cheese, tartar, ketchup, and corn sauce. The latter is my favorite, since they make it themselves with fresh corn—I love it, I’m crazy about it—though they’re all delicious.
