The counting time in the hot milk is effective ;D but I know I would be careful with that part hahaha. This cream cheese with caramelized paprika ( I have never tried it in the caramelized version, but I do like paprika) looks delicious!

        @mipiano You're right, you have to be careful not to leave your finger in the hole by sunstroke, hahahaha, but the caramelized flavor is spectacular because it is bittersweet, quite a note.
