Para el almuerzo, a mis amores les hice carne molida guisada con papa, arroz y caraotas, pero para mĂ quise hacer algo mĂĄs ligero. No es que lleve una dieta 100% estricta, pero siempre que tenga los ingredientes, me hago cosas mĂĄs ligeras. It's not that I follow a 100% strict diet, but whenever I have the ingredients, I make myself lighter things. âINGREDIENTES:
ââ 150 gr de carne molida
â 1/2 plĂĄtano verde
â Queso blanco
â Tomate
â OrĂ©gano
â Sal
â Paprika
â Polvo de hornear
â 1 huevo

âOkay, pocos ingredientes como ven, justo como me gusta jeje. Comenzamos haciendo el pan, y para eso vamos a agregar en nuestra licuadora el huevo, el plĂĄtano cortado en trozos pequeños y una cucharadita de polvo de hornear, y licuamos muy bien hasta obtener una mezcla espesa.
âOkay, few ingredients as you can see, just how I like it hehe. We start by making the bun, and for that, we are going to add the egg, the plantain cut into small pieces, and a teaspoon of baking powder into our blender, and we blend very well until we get a thick mixture.

âQue luego vamos a agregar a nuestro pequeño molde, que antes engrasamos y enharinamos obviamente. Como no tengo ajonjolĂ, le puse un poco de chĂa, solo para efecto visualđ y luego lo llevamos a la freidora a 140° por 10 minutos.
âWhich we are then going to add to our small moldâwhich we obviously greased and floured beforehand. Since I don't have sesame seeds, I put a little chia on it, just for visual effect đ, and then we put it in the fryer at 140° for 10 minutes.


âMientras se cocinaba el pan, preparamos la carne, agregando la carne, paprika y el orĂ©gano; mezclamos bien y formamos nuestras hamburguesas.
âWhile the bun was cooking, we prepared the meat by adding the meat, paprika, and oregano; we mixed well and formed our burger patties.

âLlevamos a nuestro sartĂ©n a fuego medio 10 minutos de cada lado, y al darle la vuelta le ponemos un poco de queso blanco para que se derrita un poco.

âYa todo listo queda el armado, y para que no estuviera tan seco le puse solo un poco de salsa de tomate y mayonesa jeje, solo un poco.

âLuego agreguĂ© la carne, unas rodajas de tomate, la otra carne y mĂĄs tomate, y asĂ de bella y deliciosa quedĂłđ„°đ€€. AdemĂĄs que llena MUCHĂSIMO por la proteĂna obvio y el gran aporte de fibra del plĂĄtanođ„° la amĂ©, espero que se animen a hacerla.
